Omg, stayed near underground, what a vibe! the park view was amazing. Breakfast was basic, wished for fresh fruit. Room had bad wifi, uncomfortable extra bed 😒. Would come back for the view alone! 🌳✨

The housekeeping was spot on, ensuring the room was always tidy and welcoming. the staff at the reception desk were markedly friendlier and accommodating this time around. They answered my questions promptly and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. There was a snack bar available which was handy for a quick bite, especially since breakfast only included continental options. the location of the hotel is fantastic, with lots of ethnic restaurants nearby and easy access to all the tourist areas in the city center, making it perfect for London sightseeing.

Central Park offers nice, clean rooms, and a pleasant bar. Conveniently located near Queensway tube station, shops, and eateries. Only a 5-minute walk to Kensington Park. An enjoyable stay with a desire to return.

staying at central park was a pleasant experience for me. i asked for a room change, and even though there weren't any available, the staff gave me a breakfast voucher and moved me the following day. the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the location was convenient for exploring the city sights on foot. i found the shower delightful and appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodations.

Just stayed at a hotel near Hyde Park. LOVED the Shard views from the room! Not as friendly as expected, but would stay again for that view. Better than photos!

Being so close to Central Park was a dream, just a few steps away. the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. the facility was great, except for the fact that we couldn't consume our own food in the lounge. the breakfast was a highlight with a variety of local beverages, coffee, tea, and my personal favorite, boiled eggs. the room was comfortable with a rain shower, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

I had booked a single room but got a free upgrade. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large shower in the bathroom. the location was convenient, close to Hyde Park and Bayswater train and bus station. There were plenty of halal restaurants nearby, and Paddington station was within walking distance. the staff, especially the assistant manager, was friendly and available 24/7. a pleasant experience.
